MEDITATION
A man could not sleep at night. He sought advice from a Zen master. The Zen master said to him, “You work too hard and worry too much. Try to forget your work and detach yourself mentally from all the cares and responsibilities of life. Learn to relax and meditate. That will help.” ????
The man sat on a couch and meditated quietly. In a few days, his insomnia improved. Then one day he told his wife, “Meditation is a good thing. Otherwise I wouldn't have remembered that our neighbor nearly cheated us out of ten liters of wheat. Let me remind him.”
